what are you reading at the mo?

Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read.

I've commenced reading Spike Milligan's book Adolf Hitler: My Part in His Downfall (New York: Penguin Books, 1972). It's hilarious! *hugs princess and Slugger*

Glad you liked it Mr C. I may have to reread it. My brother reminded me of a passage from it the other day when Milligan is being reprimanded by a superior officer for reporting late for duty, so he offers to fight nights to make up for lost time. :D

LOL! Yeah, I love Milligan's sense of humor. I've finished that book and now crave his next one. Hopefully they're all available on line. Cheers, Slugger!

'A bit on the side' by William Trevor. Very good - I keep catching myself reading it with Irish accent... :)

Stieg Larsson, I've read two of his novels on the trot,

The girl with the dragon tattoo
The girl who played with fire

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stieg_Larsson

all of his novels were published after he died in 2004, he had written them, for fun!

best thriller's I've read in years, the 3rd of the trilogy is being translated at the moment for publication in October, I want it NOW!
